Got Questions?
Here are the answers to the most common ones!
How does pricing work?
+We offer transparent, project-based pricing. Use our calculator above to get an instant estimate based on your needs. The final price depends on the features you choose — no hidden fees, no surprises!
How long does a project take?
+A simple landing page can be ready in 1-2 weeks. A basic iOS app typically takes 4-6 weeks. More complex projects with custom features may take longer. We'll give you a detailed timeline after our initial chat!
What's included in revisions?
+Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions at each milestone. We work closely with you throughout the process, so major surprises are rare. Additional revision rounds can be added if needed.
Do you offer support after launch?
+Yes! Every project comes with 30 days of free support for bug fixes. You can extend this to 90 days or add priority support. We also offer ongoing maintenance packages for websites.
What are the payment terms?
+We typically split payments into milestones: 40% upfront to start, 30% at mid-project review, and 30% upon completion. For smaller projects, we may offer 50/50 terms. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.
Do you build Android apps too?
+Currently, we specialize in iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI. This allows us to deliver the best possible quality for iPhone and iPad apps. Android development may be available in the future!
How do we communicate during the project?
+We use whatever works best for you — Slack, email, or video calls. You'll get regular updates with progress demos, and we're always just a message away. Expect responses within 24 hours (usually much faster)!
Who owns the code and designs?
+You do! Once the project is complete and paid for, all code, designs, and assets are 100% yours. We'll hand over everything you need, including source files and documentation.
What's the difference between a web app, an actual app, and a webpage?
+Great question — they're easy to mix up!
A webpage is a single, mostly static page you visit in a browser. Think of it as a digital flyer or brochure — it shows information but doesn't do much beyond that. A personal portfolio or a restaurant menu page is a good example.
A web app is also accessed through a browser, but it's interactive and does things — it logs you in, saves your data, processes payments, and responds to what you do. Gmail, Notion, or an online booking system are web apps. You don't install them; they just work in any browser on any device.
A native app (what we mean by "an actual app") is built specifically for a platform — like iOS for iPhone and iPad. You download it from the App Store, it runs directly on your device, and it can access native features like Face ID, push notifications, camera, GPS, and works great offline. This gives you the best performance and a premium feel that browsers simply can't match.
So which do you need? If you want a presence online with information — a webpage. If you need users to interact with data in a browser — a web app. If you want a fast, polished experience on iPhone with native features — a native iOS app. Not sure? Just reach out and we'll help you figure out the best fit for your idea.
